Existing customer concerns are less urgent than new business, so we’ll take a message and pass it along to you unless there’s an emergency.

New customer intake

When a caller identifies themselves as a new customer, we’ll take them through your new customer intake process if you’re unavailable to speak with them.

Emergency dispatch

If your business has an on-call schedule for dispatching in case of urgent needs, we’ll let your on-call staff know where they have to go and what they’ll be doing there.
