About the free trial
Your free trial of Ring Savvy lasts 14 days from the time our receptionists begin handling your calls, or until you’ve used 400 minutes of service—whichever comes first.
24/7 virtual receptionist service is included in your free trial of Ring Savvy, of course, but you’ll also get access to our entire feature suite, including our mobile app, dispatch service, and much more!
Your account executive will be noting your call forwarding preferences, call protocols, intake process, and everything else. After the call, our setup team is establishing your account.
Throughout the free trial, we’ll be constantly monitoring your call volume and training our staff on how to handle your calls. We want to get to know your firm and make sure everything is perfect before you spend a cent on our service!
Changing your settings
If at any time during your free trial you realize you need to change any of your account settings with Ring Savvy, there’s no problem at all! We’ll handle any changes you need immediately; all you need to do is email support@ringsavvy.com or call 631-363-1000 and. We’ll handle everything on our end so you don’t have to lift a finger, whether you realize you need an extra intake question or want to change your call forwarding schedule.
After the trial
Once your trial is done, your account executive will reach out to you to discuss your free trial experience. This call is to give you an opportunity to let us know what you think of your time with Ring Savvy so far, and to show you the difference we make to your bottom line.
The price you pay for Ring Savvy will always line up with what you’re actually going to use, and we’ll never ask you to sign a contract. We use the data collected on your trial to build you a minutes package suited to your firm’s needs.
Ring Savvy has the answers
Is it possible for a phone call to ring on my phone first and get forwarded if I miss it?
Yes! Conditional call forwarding allows you the opportunity to take every call before it’s forwarded to our receptionists. After the third or fourth ring, our receptionists will pick up and make sure you don’t miss an opportunity!
How are my calls answered?
That’s completely up to you! Want us to include your company slogan in our greeting? Done. Want to go for a more standard, professional approach? Easy. If you want to switch anything up, all you have to do is let us know!
Is the Ring Savvy app free?
Yes! The Ring Savvy app is included with our flat rate pricing packages. You can even get access to the Ring Savvy app as part of your free trial!
Can I customize my new customer intake script?
Of course! You can give us your own script, or start from one of the hundreds of examples we have for your industry and personalize it to your needs.
